About: Avalon Market Day is the largest market in the Northern Beaches and the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Featuring over 380 stalls filled with fashion, accessories, art, design, homewares, pet accessories and food.
There are three stages filled with local live music and carnival rides for the kids.
Market Location
Avalon Market Day is held in the village of Avalon Beach - Avalon Parade and Old Barrenjoey Road, as well as in Dunbar Park.
Getting There
Avalon Beach is at the northern end of the Norther Beaches (through the bends). It is accessible by car and bus.
Bus
There are several buses that can be caught to Avalon Beach, they are the:
B1 - travels from Wynyard Station to Mona Vale. At Mona Vale you transfer to the 199 which brings you straight into Avalon Beach
L90 - travels from Wynyard Station to Avalon Beach

By Car
If travelling to the markets by car, limited street and paid parking is available. We suggest you add additional travel time as the traffic queues through Newport to Avalon Beach can be long and very frustrating!
Parking
Parking in Avalon is limited. There are three restricted hours parking areas and two paid parking areas available during market day.
